I believe in making fitness fun and accessible to all. I will help guide and encourage you on your health journey. Together we will come up with a plan that fits your needs and gets you moving toward your goals. I’ll take care of writing workouts that will be effective and efficient. You’ll commit to showing up and giving your best effort. Whatever that looks like, day by day.

Experience

I’ve had the privilege of working in the health and fitness industry for over a decade. During that time I’ve trained hundreds of clients and helped them achieve their goals from running marathons to improving balance and decreasing their risk of falling. I worked with 60+ clients a week at the Blaisdell Y and became the Top Trainer in the YMCA of the North (Greater Twin Cities Association).

Committed to Community

One thing I absolutely LOVE is community. I’ve found that life is better together, so I’m committed to building community in all aspects of my life. Here at Moore Fit that can be through Buddy Training or Small Group Training Classes.

Our most popular way to connect is through a class I started called Women on Weights. It began with a 30 minute class of 4 women and has grown into an encouraging and empowering community of over 75 women. Don’t worry, the classes aren’t that big each week! I keep it smaller so you get personalized attention from me and modifications as needed throughout class.

I believe in making fitness fun. Whether that is through bringing people together for classes, forming friendships with my clients, or helping you discover a new way to exercise that you actually enjoy. It’s not going to feel easy everyday, but it shouldn’t be something you hate. Let’s find a way to redefine fitness so this is true for you.
