Women on Weights
Join a welcoming community of women in this class that is focused on increasing strength and confidence. All levels welcome. Modifications are given so you can get a great workout wherever you are at. Strength-based movements are the foundation of this class, but you will still get your heart rate up and be so glad you came!
Moore Strength
This class focuses on building muscle and getting stronger. It combines strength and cardio moves to get your heart rate up and your muscles burning! The style varies to keep things interesting but could include circuits, supersets, EMOM (every minute on the minute) and other fun variations.
Core Fit
This class is great for anyone looking to build their core strength, focus on balance, and improve their mobility. We do a combination of Pilates, Yoga, and other core-based movements that will give you a solid foundation for whatever your health goals are.
