Women on Weights

“Before joining Women on Weights I was not a fan of group exercise because it can feel impersonal and a little intimidating. When Melissa told me about the class, though, I decided to give it a try. “Melissa is an amazing trainer and person! She has helped me over the years with personal training. I had a health crisis and had to avoid working out for a year. I had to gradually start again, as my nervous system could not handle certain aspects of a hard workout. I started working out with her again and she supported me so much. Now, I have gotten back to working out harder and have taken her small group training. She has helped me so much physically as well as emotionally deal with the challenges I’ve gone through.
