Join me for the first ever Free Virtual Women on Weights Class! All you need is Zoom, a mat, and a dumbbell (or get creative with what you can find in your house if you don’t have a dumbbell.)
The workout will be about 30 minutes and will be mostly body weight. All exercise levels welcome!
